英文名稱: 　　Methylthiouracil 　　性狀: 　　硫脲類抗甲狀腺藥主要抑制甲狀腺素的合成。其作用機制是通過抑制甲狀腺內(nèi)過氧化物酶，阻止攝入到甲狀腺內(nèi)的碘化物氧化及酪氨酸的偶聯(lián)，從而阻礙甲狀腺素(T4)和三碘甲狀腺氨酸(T3)的合成。本品并不阻斷貯存的甲狀腺激素的釋放，因此只有當體內(nèi)已有甲狀腺激素消除和循環(huán)中濃度下降之后，才出現(xiàn)明顯臨床作用。除此以外，丙硫氧嘧啶還抑制外周組織中的T4脫碘生成T3
